Amazfit T-Red Watch to Launch in India via Amazon

Huami is all set to launch its first rugged smartwatch “Amazfit T-Rex” in Indian via Amazon. The e-commerce website, Amazon has started teasing the audience the launch per which the Amazfit T-Rex will soon make its fancy debut in the smartwatch market in India. The launch is all set to premier early June 2020, according to sources.

Amazfit T-Rex was earlier launched at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) earlier this year 2020, with Amazfit Bip S, a smartwatch which was recently confirmed to launch in India at the price of Rs.4,999.

Amazfit T-Rex is the first rugged smartwatch by Huami, it has passed 12 regulations on military-grade testing; the smart wearable comes with MIL-STC-810G certification. The T-Rex can withstand extreme heat with resistance up to 70 degrees and cold temperature resistance of minus 40 degrees. The Amazfit T-Rex is equipped with a 1.3-inch AMOLED display with an “always on display” function with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smart wearable is loaded with a 390mAh battery life, which can last up to 20 days of normal usage and 20 hours with continuous GPS usage. The Amazfit T-Rex features dust and water resistant up to 50 meters.

The Amazfit T-Rex also features 14 sports modes and comes with Bluetooth 5.0 along with GPS + GLONASS support. The wearable smartwatch features 3-axis acceleration sensor, geomagnetic sensor, and ambient light sensor with optical heart rate monitor as well. The watch weighs about 58 grams, and is compatible with Android 5.0 devices or later and also compatible with iOS 10 devices or later.
